Tour Exhibit Columbus during WALKtober 2019
Updated: Oct 26, 2019
We always make it a point to highlight local art & architecture during WALKtober, but on Exhibit Columbus' Exhibition years we take every possible opportunity to walk and bike around the installations. This year is no different; we're taking full advantage of the 2019 Exhibition: Good Design and the Community. The fantastic team at Exhibit Columbus have been kind enough to offer to lead THREE free tours during WALKtober.
The Happy Hour Walking Tour that took place on September 30th to kick off Walking Month was a big hit with participants. We're looking forward to the two remaining Exhibit Columbus events:
The Exhibit Columbus Exploration Tour will take place on Saturday, October 19th beginning at 10:30am, and will start and finish at the Library Plaza. This tour will be fun for the whole family and will make full use of the Exhibit's Activity Guide, which will be available at the event but can also be picked up at Columbus Area Visitor's Center and various other downtown merchants.
The Exhibit Columbus Bike Ride *NOW CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER* was scheduled for Saturday, October 26th from 2 - 4pm and was set to begin and end at the Library Plaza. Unfortunately there was no rain date so this event will no longer go ahead as planned.
The 2019 Exhibition continues until December 1, so even if you can't make it to the free WALKtober events, you still have plenty of time to check out all 18 installations.
